Prologue
Placing the last bear trap in place Timber stood up hearing Salvatore saying are you coming tonight?.
Being a long time friend of Salvatore and hating his boss, he agreed.
They knew his boss was heading out with his wife this evening, it was their best chance to do a hit on his house.
Salvatore was not only Timber’s co worker but was a long time friend, both growing up with hard lives.
Working as construction workers in the forest area Timbers job was to set bear traps as it was needed for protection for the workers.
The day was ending and the workers packed up and said bye to the boss driving away.
It was 9pm and Salvatore was packing two pistols, bags and gloves and quickly jumped in his black pick up truck and drove over to Timber’s place.
It was a bit run down, in need of some fixing up.
Salvatore wrapped on Timber’s door, the door opened, Salvatore said “let’s get this done “, Timber replied “yah he’s got it coming.”
They jumped into Salvatore’s truck and drove over, they noticed the boss’s car was not in the driveway and parked across the road.
They took the bag with guns and wore gloves and went to the back of the house.
Salvatore took a rock and smashed the window and went in first then Timber.
Salvatore was grabbing items downstairs and Timber went upstairs to get the jewelry when all of a sudden a car headlights flashed through the window downstairs, it was the boss he forgot his wallet and had come back home to get it.
Salvatore scrambled behind the kitchen island with his pistol ready.
The door opened,Timber saw the car too and quickly hid in the bedroom closet.
The boss’s wife was waiting in the car, as the boss ran upstairs to get his wallet, when he grabbed the wallet off his dresser he heard a noise in the closet.
The boss grabbed his gun from under his bed and cocked it loaded.
He opened the closet door and was shocked to see Timber there with a gun pointed at him before he knew what happened Timber shot his boss twice in the chest, the gunshots was so loud.
Timber was in shock and ran downstairs, his boss was running after him but just as the front door opened and the wife was standing there Salvatore finished off his boss with a final shot.
The boss’s wife screamed but clearly saw the faces of her husband’s killers and knew it was Timber and Salvatore.
The police were called and the manhunt for the two was on and they were found at the border trying to get away.
The sentence was life for both Timber and Salvatore, as they were taken away to a maximum security prison.
