Chapter 1- Omega
Theo's POV
felt a hand collide across my face , the force snapping my head to the right as I slumped to the floor cradling my face.
“How dare you not make us breakfast yet you piece of trash,” Chloe spat hatefully at me as she towered over me.
“I…I…I’m s..sorry…I..I forgot” I stuttered bowing my head in respect.
For a girl Chloe was strong, my face felt like it was blistering , as it stung from her slap.
“Making excuses bitch!” she shout making me whimper at the word ‘bitch’. Everyone in the pack called me that and I hated it.
“You know Alpha Ryan’s and his pack are coming today. You are suppose to be up and cooking before they arrive you slut!” she spat making me sink further into the marble tile.
It’s not like I wanted to forget and have Chloe slap the shit out of me. But last night all the Omegas including myself stayed up the entire night cleaning the pack house and made sure it was ready for the Moon creek packs arrival.
The Moon creek pack was a neighboring pack and an ally to my pack the Silver moon pack. Our pack was really close to the Moon creek pack because our old alpha, alpha Cades father and the old alpha from the Moon creek pack were best friends since childhood, and they signed a contract of alliance. But now that the two packs were changing alphas they’d have to sign the contract again, which was the reason for their visit.
The Moon creek pack was known for their skills in hunting and strength in numbers. My pack on the other hand was known for our brain and the fact that our pack member on their first shift would obtain a strange powers to either control earth, water, fire, metal, plants, or air. Its really cool actually. Other packs tried to develop our strange abilities by kidnapping some of my pack mates and experimenting on them. But nothing worked. As they would have to test where we got our strange abilities from on a newly shifted wolf, because we don’t get our gifts until our first shift that occurs at around age sixteen for boys and thirteen for girls.
It is said that our pack ancestors were part werewolf and part witch. That would explain our unique abilities. A werewolf of our pack would usually only get to control one element, but some like our past alpha, alpha Cades dad, Matthew. He got to control all the elements which made him our strongest wolf and one of the best alphas our pack ever had. Now he was retiring to give the title to his son Cade.
Even if another pack managed to find a newly shifted werewolf from our pack it would be very hard to kidnap them. Because on that day when lot of us are turning sixteen our pack holds a big ceremony to welcome those with the gift and those who might find their mates.. And also when we attend human school we do so in groups all except the omegas because we don’t get the gift. And as you guessed I’m an omega, so no cool, special powers for me.
That was also one of the reasons why the Moon creek pack were coming to visit. To help guard and join the ceremony as our new alpha Cade will also be coming of age.
Another slap connected with my face instantly snapping me out of my thoughts. The all to familiar metallic substance filled my mouth as the slap caused my canines to rip my gum.
“ Are you listening bitch!” Chloe shouted taking a handful of my raspberry blonde hair in her hand pulling it back so I was staring at her face. Pulling my hair was one of the few things that got me angry, as it was the one thing that said my dead parents were my parents that and my unique purple eyes that usually got a lot of attention. You might be wondering the fuck I was getting my ass handed to me by a girl. Will apart from the fact that I’m weak as fuck Chloe is a higher ranking wolf than me. So fighting back would be asking the pack for a death sentence. So instead of going all wolf on her for pulling my hair and calling me a bitch I simply just sat there and took the pulling on my hair. Because a runt like I knew better than to try and attack Chloe one of the best warrior wolves in our pack.
“You better start cooking or I’m going to call Danny and James,” I gasped in horror. Danny and James we’re Chloe’s other twin brothers. They we’re warrior wolves also but apart from that they we’re big and mean, and they hated me. They would always bully me and embarrass me and no one did anything about it because well I was an omega. And that was normal, for other high ranking wolves to abuse, rape, and torture the omegas. I thank the goddess that I was never raped, because I don’t think I can live with the humiliation.
“Did you hear me Theo?” Chloe asked venom laced in her voice.
I nodded before she roughly released my hair. I fell back into the tile and just sat their for a while as Chloe disappeared down the hall and up the stairs.
I slowly got up holding my head as I felt light headed before I quickly made my to the over sized yellow painted kitchen.
I swiftly began to make enough breakfast for all thirty- five members of my pack excluding the omegas of course. We had to wait until all the other pack members ate and whatever they left back would be our meal. Sometimes they left no food back so we would go with out.
After making a hundred and forty pancakes,( I know a lot of food) but my pack is one of the largest packs in the world and with our strange abilities we have to eat extra. I placed the pancakes away in the oven to stay cool. Before I moved my exhausted small frim back up the stairs and to the omegas room.
As I slowly made my way to my room I accidentally bumped into a hard wall.
“What the fuck!”

He was perfect and he knew we both did. The way all the she- wolves in our pack threw themselves at him it was hard to not notice that he was all that.
But just the thought of him being with someone else made a low growl escape my throat. There was something, something about Cade but I couldn’t figure it out , I couldn’t pin point the problem. Maybe it was the way he looked at me in amusement and not disgust like everyone else. But I just couldn’t think because I was so tired. Like who the fuck wakes someone up at one in the fucking morning to cook when I only went to bed at twelve something. Then I got slapped and yelled at for not waking up earlier.

As I entered the room I quietly closed the door behind me as to not wake up the other omegas before I found a small corner of the broken down room. I then fell asleep the last thing on my mind is how I was going to kill Troy.
