Chapter 1

Rajita Kulkarni Bagga is the president of Sri Sri University . She is the author of ” The Unknown edge ” . The book is packed with a lots of amazing stories, nuggets of life lessons and practical wisdom and daily life snippets and interactions with spiritual luminaries from the high-achieving Rajita Kulkarni.

I felt quite inspired and refreshed after reading the book, as I have many take aways from the book!

The spiritual journey is not separate from life - In fact, it helps us experience life to the fullest through better awareness, calmness and inner strength. One such situation and the lessons it brought that touched me was the chapter on the terrorist attacks in mumbai.

I especially love the in-person account from the chapter on being trapped in Taj hotel during 26/11 attacks in Mumbai, India - It is heart warming to see how she felt protected and felt the grace of the divine despite what transpired in those gut-wrenching 14 hours. All her years of spiritual practices - breath work, meditation and spiritual wisdom helped her in this critical situation to keep calm, centered and get out of the hotel alive!

The book does go into a lot of detail on the practices and deeper significance that it has in the author’s life. The author has taught hundreds of courses on meditation herself, and it does show in her profound reflections she shares in the book.
