Sitting on his chair cooler would hear news on his father and brother death and decide to pay the visit to the murderer a visit. He would have his empire nervous at the sight that Lord cooler will go as they know he stronger then frieza. Cooler ship would arrive on earth as his soldiers would guard cooler. Cooler brother arrive from his chamber he is known has heard from cooler of there father and frieza death and decide to visit the murderer and hopefully see a good fight from him. As they arrive on earth the 2 galactic emperor have arrived on earth. Goku and the z fighters would notice a ship and go near it to see who there. As the ship door open goku would get nervous after seeing two guys looking like frieza walk toward the fighters. As there soldier would start the conversation.
"Lord cooler and Lord Ice these are the fighters who killed the worm frieza and your father let go toward them."
"Ah yes this planet look nice maybe I might get a good challenge."said cooler
"You two look like frieza you not evil like him are you?" Questioned goku
"You must be son goku who killed frieza my worthless and evil brother , I am Lord Ice older brother of frieza and this next to me is cooler my older brother, we both came here to ask for a fight from son goku I wanted to see if I would be a good challenge for you." Said Ice
"Well that it ,I mean normally your family are evil but I love fighting". Said goku
"Yes my family is evil but we not cooler and I hated frieza and cold for what they did to your race and to this galaxy that why I rule a part of a galaxy where they no evil." Said Ice
"Wow if you want a fight go ahead il just watch ." Said cooler
As goku and Ice decide to fight and get in there fighting stance. The two would go full power as both would be equal until goku finishes Ice with super sayian full power as cooler and ice are impressed with super sayian. As the fight stop with goku coming up on top as everyone there is impressed. Goku ask the two galactic lord if they would like to help the z fighters with the android arrival in 3 year time. Cooler and ice decide to as they want to fight stronger opponents. As ice decide to stay on earth as cooler goes back to his home planet and return in 3 years time. As right now he the emperor of the universe. Note ice and cooler will have similar potential as gohan and goku as if they had frieza potential the power scaling would be broken. As cooler and ice learn of the android they decide to train aswell so they can help. As cooler goes around the galaxy and help planet return back. Using the namekian dragon balls as the planets are grateful. The cooler empire is formed to help other planet who are in danger of evil.
