It was the normal day for a half-blood. Waking up, going to the training arena, archery (which Chiron and I both weren’t happy about), and the occasional monster invasion. Then, we were summoned to Olympus.
“Percy Jackson---” Zeus began only to be cut off by Hera
“My heros, we have brought you here to make you immortal.”
“Hera!” Zeus bellowed, “Do not interrupt me. As I was saying, Percy Jackson, we have brought you here to make you and your friends immortal. Percy Jackson will become the god of heros and liquids. Annabeth Chase will become the goddess of Trickery. Jason Grace will become the god of the wind.”
The was surprising since I didn’t think that Zeus wanted to give up anything.
" Piper Mclean will become the goddess of charmspeak. Hazel Levesque will become the goddess of summoning metals. Frank Zhang will become the god of shapeshifting and respect. Leo Valdez will become the god of picking locks. Nico di Angelo will become the god of skeletons. And Renya Arellano will become the goddess of sharing strength.” Zeus finished.
“You all will be welcome at Olympus at any time.” Zeus explained, “But you can’t make others immortal, or we would have immortals waltzing all over place.
He made a fair point. We all have a lot of friends.
Now I will send you back to where you were before you were summoned. Zeus snapped his fingers and Olympus melted away. Where there Olympian Thrones once stood, was the Big House.
