Chapter 1 at the begining
RING RING! As I stretched my arm out to stop my alarm clock I tumbled out of my bed and into the floor “MUM!” I scream
“Yes” she replies in a calm voice
“My clock is 2 centimetres out of place” I shout
“Come downstairs now there is something more interesting”
I ran downstairs still in my sleeping shorts mum and dad bought a boat we lived near the beach so we had a paddle boat for 13 years but 2 years ago I found a crack in the boat, but this is a cruse ship it was gigantic mum and dad needed to go to work but I was on my school holidays so I stayed at home I spent hours keeping an eye on the boat but then I was hungry. I went into the kitchen to get some food I had pasta with meatballs half an hour later I went back to the boat to keep an eye on it. It was getting dark I needed to go bed mum and dad worked as programmers in different countries so they would be gone for a week. I walked upstairs into my room and pull down the curtains down I was still in my sleeping shorts because it was a warm day I got in bed and fell asleep.
2 hours later I got up very uncomfortably lifted my head forgetting that I was under my bed SMACK my head hits the bottom of the bed I slide out from under my bed walk downstairs and look out the window the sea monster is gone I am now calm very calm but my head still hurts I open the door to go outside and see the ship when the sea monster was outside my door it grabbed me “it's just me” it said, James “What are you doing here” I said
“I wanted to see your new ship” he replied I was slightly confused since I never told James about the ship but mum and dad are good friends with James mum and dad so they must have told him. “Can I see the ship?” he said I was so excited about looking after the ship I never thought to go in it.
