Amnesia- Kotlc fanfiction

Sophie felt worse than she had when she almost died from limbium after she read the letter she felt her eyes blur with tears as she saw them drip onto the paper. She collapsed onto her bed and cried herself to sleep, she'd had a long day and would take care of it in the morning.

She awoke from her nightmares at dawn and started the call. "Keefe" "Keefe" "KEEFE" over and over until her head felt it was going to explode. She didn't know how to get him to talk to her.

She got up to eat and Edaline didn't even question her when she grabbed custard bursts and went back to her room again trying to reach Keefe. She ate and went down to see Silveny.

When Silveny saw her the shouts started: SOPHIE SOPHIE SOPHIE FRIEND. FRIEND OKAY. She tried to convince her she was fine but Silveny already looked in her mind and said KEEFE MAD BITE HIM? "no" Sophie said trying to convince Silveny as much as herself. Then she transmitted FITZ SOPHIE FIND HIM! Sophie hadn't thought of that but if she and Fitz pooled their concentration they could cover a larger space. She yelled to Edaline she was going to Everglen and she grabbed Sandor and Flori and ran as fast as she could until crack the void opened and Sophie plopped right outside Everglen and knocked loudly.

Fitz was the one who answered. "perfect your just the person I was looking for." She explained the plan to Fitz and they started a long day of non-stop yelling "KEEFE KEEFE KEEFE". The day was unsuccessful and they planned to try again but this time they would go to different Forbidden Cities.

After another night of tossing turning and nightmares she woke up and was about to go to Everglen when she saw Fitz already there in human clothes. Sandor had argued pretty hard about it but in the end they convinced him to stay behind. They teleported to her old house first and called. After a few hours they gave up and tried her families new house. They had their obscurer with them and Sophie had already told her sister they were coming so her parents were gone. Sophie knocked and admired the windchimes that still looked like leaping crystals. When her sister answered they caught up for a few minutes then continued the call.

They went on like this for a few days until on the sixth day of non-stop calling Keefe finally opened his mind to demand they please stop the search and how loud they were. The transmission only allowed a few second but it was enough to tell them he was in New York City.
