Loved this fantasy world
"I really enjoyed this fantasy world the author has created. The characters are very intriguing and make you want to know what their choices will be in the future. In short, I liked it a lot! What is more fascinating, though, is that I could see the author's improving writing technique, plot and the various personality traits of the characters with every chapter. I could almost see how the writer wanted to give us all the ideas running about in her head and trying to choose the best one for the plot. It was very interesting for me to see this. If I absolutely have to critique it in any way, I need only point out two things. One would be for the author to just go through the story again to proofread and edit it. (Which is, duh, I sure it will be done when the author has the time.) Second would be to probably pace the second chapter about how that children are sent away and the rest of the history of this world within the rest of the story. I say this because until the chapter where the Boronduin pack (and I hope I am spelling this correctly) finds Alex, all previous chapters feel as if the reader is being crammed with information. These details could have been as some comments or answers Anya provides cryptically. Besides Alex does not remember why she was in the Erisdar forest all alone in that state, so such clues could have added to the mystery and Alex's frustration. Besides, our girl is a curious kid. She will do everything she can to figure out this puzzle. But, at the end, I have fallen in love with this world and will be diving in to read Book 2 as soon as I can. "A beautiful story. A great and intriguing read that progresses at a normal pace. It builds the relationships and has reason for everything. It doesn't have very many holes that leave you confused. I cannot wait for the rest of it. Truly great story! It's not a super slow paced story; however, it isn't rushed like most stories. The main characters don't just fall in love randomly after hating one another. The female lead doesn't have a horrible situation and make light of it or ignore all issues for "love". She's strong and admirable. She also has connection to her family and friends and will do anything for them. "
