PROLOGUE
"What do you mean by I am sold?!" I cried.
"To whom have you sold my daughter to.
AND WHY?!!" My mom yelled at the top of her lungs with tears in her eyes.
My dad didn't say a word.
I stood numb,
I am sold?
Am I a property that someone will sell me?
Tears have made their way down as well as my sobs escaped.
Every dream I saw,
Every moment I planned of my life,
Every think I ever thought of, got crushed under the word "Sold".
My world seemed to collapse,
That's what I have to suffer.
I didn't control my emotions anymore and burst into tears, my dad came forward to comfort me but I stepped back.
I fell on my knees,
I lost all the energy I had.
How else do you expect, any person to react after knowing you've been sold to the Mafia's leader.
