The bright lights light up the dark sky. It was true- the city really didn’t sleep at night. The pale moon seemed to be nothing more than another man-made light out on the streets.
The sounds from cars passing by along with the bugs out in the cold night were the only things one could hear. Maybe, you’d hear people’s voices from a bar or restaurant.
Tall buildings, seemingly endless roads that were flooded with cars, tall street lights- all made by man. There was hardly any trees or flowers. Maybe, you’d find a park with some grass, but that was it.
There was only man where there was city, there was no place for wilderness. And because of that, there were no men in the city.
