"I saw a review saying this was Paulina’s best book yet and I quite agree. I read this book in an entire afternoon! Once again, Paulina delivers an engaging story with destinations we want money for, hot & sexy scenes we wished we always had, and funny one liners we’ll add to our Rolodex of comebacks. We are introduced to different villains atypical in werewolf stories. I love the intercultural crossovers - I can’t say more without spoilers. I was curious on how a human mate to an already mated alpha would work out and am satisfied with what the author came up with. Paulina doesn’t focus on Eudora’s physical vulnerability but mental. I kinda wished it was flushed out more between her and Ares but it would’ve dragged out the story. I wished the next book was already out because there’s still unanswered questions, unfinished business, and upcoming war…. Dun dun dun…. 🙃 Looking forward to the next book!! 😊"
