A fresh and unexpected ride

"Im two chapters in, but the way it kept me reading it’s something I haven’t experience in a long time. There’s no better way to describe be than cinematic. It’s thrilling and fun, and pretty meta. The story knows what it is, and has personality. The way the main character accepts the reality of the weird situation he’s in makes the existence surreally funny, yet consistent with the character. It has the endearing qualities of those fantasy stories you would get in the 80s and 90s. but with all the gay realness they were missing. "
