A cozy read

"So, once again I read another beautiful novel by Ann Royal. Firstly, I loved the sudden spurts of tension here. The fantasy elements were interestingly done, the bonding and its handed abilities, Weapons, tattoos etc, it was all so enjoyable. Another thing that really stuck to me was the warmth between the main characters - their jokes and parties. My favorite characters were Link and Finn for some reason. I have to say, Ruby's and Winnie's confession scene was really cute, and satisfying, as it came kind of late in the book. I have to say, I fell in love with these characters and their adventures. In my opinion, the repetitive 'er, you know, hey, etc' in the descriptions was distracting. In the beginning of the novel the information was presented unrealsitically in the dialogue, as if rushing. Another thing that caught my attention was repetitious information or sensations, that were said multiple times (Steph, Noah Ruby bringing calmness to Winnie etc). I also missed more descriptions of places, but that's just me... All of this is subjective, please, take it with a grain of salt. In the end, regardless of what I said above, I immensely enjoyed this novel. It was a really fun, cozy read.
