Perfume,
The scent of flowers in bloom.
A comforting smell,
One that you can always tell.
From far away,
Washing away any and all dismay.
As if all of your fragility,
Was cleansed from the safety.
The smell of a Mother's love,
Like the gentle flap from the wing of a dove.
