Introduction
On May 16, 2020, at approximately 5:30 pm, Cassandra May Moses’ mother, Jean Jill Moses, had reported Cassandra missing to the police, fearing she had been abducted. Jean was distressed after making the call and began to weep. Jean attempted to explain what had occurred once the police came, but she was unable to do so. Ernest Brown, Gregory Hendrick, Damien Cates, Joseph Davis, Frederick Jennings, Blake Thomas, Patrick Smith, Cornelius Brown, and Jacques Fitzgerald are among the nine detectives employed by the police department to look for Cassandra.
