"Initially I thought the betrayal was all a big misunderstanding like many similar stories, however the fact that it wasn’t was heartbreaking and I could feel vanity’s pain. I really thought that they would end up together but like max said too many red flags. Also kon is horrible and selfish and doesn’t deserve her. I can’t wait to read the sequel and hopefully vanity will find not only someone who she truly loves but her person. I hope Kon lives a life of regret for the pain he caused and his audacity of trying to get her back after everything andrende lives terribly. I hate her character. Very emotional, well written story. I loved it 💔"
