Summary

Seventeen-year-old Marcy is suffering from lung cancer. She was diagnosed with lung cancer at the mere age of seven-years-old. Since then, she has had to have regular check-up's at the hospital weekly to keep track of her progress over the years. But she only got worse, leading on to the major changes of her having to temporarily live in the hospital. Now, she has grown accustomed to her daily routines and the familiar faces of the nurses and patients. Her life has since been full of routines and boundaries. But when she meets Parker, whose charm starts to easily get her all cheered up, her self-control is put to a test. But both are in the hospital for their own illnesses, and with hers being more life threatening she decides to hide it from him. But with her slowly dying while also falling for him, can she keep her secret from him long enough. And with him slowly but surely making a recovery, will he still want her in his life.
