Chapter 1
The Mystery of Ritz Hotel
Introduction
This story is about a family, the Widows. I guess your thinking why is a family so interesting. Well, this will be about there holiday and something strange happens to them. It is about a lift going really weird. The Widows actually don’t got that far for holiday. They live in London and go to the Ritz hotel. But before I carry on let’s start from the beginning.
Chapter 1
Mrs and Mr Widow have 3 children called Nita, Tyler and Lucy. Nita was 16, Tyler was 9 and Lucy was 6. They went to ritz hotel on holiday because it had great reviews, except for one. Ritz hotel have deleted that bad review but probably no one would have believed the review. The bad review was written by a 13 year old kid. He pressed all the buttons on the elevator and … you’ll find out the rest later in the book. So now that we know about the past let’s carry on with the story.
Chapter 2
It was a rainy and sticky day when the Widows arrive. When they got to there room it was really hot so Nita put her swimming suit on and was about to go down to the pool, but she was stopped by her mum and told her she has to take Tyler and Lucy as well so Nita replied “ But mum why can’t you just come down as well and look after them, can’t I just go on my own?”
“No Nita me and your dad have to unpack you take them down!” replied her mum.
“Fine!” Said Nita annoyed. “Come on guys let’s go.” Nita called her siblings and off they went to the pool.
Chapter 3
Nita, Tyler and Lucy headed to the lift. When Nita was about to press a button when Lucy pressed all the buttons. Suddenly, the lift started shaking and now their view was like loads of pictures going to the next one really quickly. After about 30 seconds the lift stopped. Their was a sudden silence and it was broke by Lucy, “Sorry sorry sorry sorry I am really really sorry!”
“It is fine Lucy but never do that again!” The elevator opened and they walked out. They went back to there room but there were two random people in it! They ran down to the reception and asked for their parent’s room. They said there is no one called that in the hotel so they called their mum. “Mum is this you?”
“I am sorry who is this?” Replied the woman on the phone.
“This is Mary Widow isn’t it?” Asked Nita.
“Yes,” She answered.
“Yes, this is you daughter Nita, your son Tyler and your other daughter Lucy. Your husband is Jimmy Widow.” Nita started panicking.
“ I think your talking to the wrong person I am not married and I don’t have children. I am sorry I have to go, bye.” The woman ( who turned out not to be there mum) hung up. Nita fell to her knees and started crying.
“We don’t know where we are and we’re never going to find home!” Cried Nita.
“You pressed all the buttons didn’t you,” said an old man (who was the kid who wrote the bad review).The man explained everything to them and they went back into the lift. This time they teleported to the main place of the lift ( obviously the man told them that) and they went in scared. They heard a bunch of roars and Lucy panicked at that point and ran off! “Lucy! Lucy!” Shouted Nita but it was to late, they have lost her.
Chapter 4
Nita and Tyler lost Lucy. But not only just her, they also lost the lift! After a interminable wait they finally found the lift. When they found the lift Nita didn’t want to leave but Tyler told her they can get help when they get to their dimension. So they went in to the lift and pressed all the numbers again and this time ended in a place which was probably the world war 2 time so they went back to the lift. They got back to the main place.
Chapter 5
They checked every single door but still didn’t find Lucy but later they eventually found her.
“Lucy!” Nita exclaimed and ran to hug her.
“Nita!” She exclaimed as well. They hugged each other and then Lucy told the big news. She said that the monster is nice but you can’t look when it comes because it eat your eyes. Which is when they figured out that the old man was blind. When the monster came in they closed their eyes and let the monster guid them to a place which was probably its home. They had tea with closed eyes and then got guided to the lift which then took them to the right dimension.
Chapter 6
When they came out of the lift Nita screamed in joy. But her happiness was interrupted by Tyler “Uhh Nita I don’t want to spoil your happiness but this says that this is Shaparolo hotel,”
“What let me ask reception. Excuse me can I use a map where it shows England and the place we are now?” Asked Nita
“Yeah sure,” replied the receptionist. When Nita notice that they were in island an 1hour away from the beach which was 2 hours away from Ritz hotel she was mad, and when I say mad she was really mad. They got a boat and told the captain they were trying to find their parents. The captain was nice so they got a free ride to the beach.
Chapter 7
When they got to the beach they got an Uber which Nita paid for. The Uber was like a tour guid or something because it was going really nice places and saying things like ‘if you look to the left you can see river Nile ’ for example. The ride was actually pretty enjoyable un till the drive stopped.
“I am so sorry but I can’t go on from here you have to go around the mountains and then we will meet at the other side,” said the driver.
“But why?” Asked Nita.
“Because this is the place where we go into London and there are police and they will check if your parents are here,” replied the driver.
“Oh okay.” So they went to the mountains.
Chapter 8
When they got to the hill they had to go really high so Lucy was dragged by Nita. When they finally got down to the bottom after they went up the driver was gone! So they had to walk all the way to ritz hotel. On their way, the same driver came by and stopped by them.
“I am so sorry I didn’t pick you up there because I couldn’t find you,” said the driver.
“It is fine,” replied Nita. So for the rest of the journey they went in the car. When they arrived all of them shot out of the car and they ran upstairs.
Closing paragraph
When they opened the door they found Lucy talking with their parents!
“Mum can we keep her?” Asked the real Lucy. So the Lucy what was with them was from a different dimension!
