Chapter 1
M-A-T-I-L-D-A, that spelled my name... Hi my name is Matilda and I have a friend named Hades, he is my bestie and I love him a lot but not as a boyfriend though, as a lovely best friend. He was always there for me and having fun with me, while all of the snow-white people went away and gave me the yummies and the yuckies. Today was a weird day, I took my medicine and my lunch.
‘’Matilda, time for your education honey’’, A female voice called me from afar. I walked up to her and hold her hand, feeling Hade’s appearance, he walked next to me and holds my hand while we walked down the hall, going to the lunchroom for snack time. I see all of the other kids and I wave at them. I see the other snow-white people and smiled at them.
They looked at me and smiled back but...This time it wasn’t a good one and the lady from earlier leads me to a table of one and hades sits with me on the floor next to me. I smiled at him and he smirked at me back. Today, we got golden whale crackers for a snack, I smiled and shared my bag with Hades, he ate some and sipped on my cup of water.
The snack time went along for 15 minutes and we went back to our own personal rooms, Hades doesn’t have his own room which kinda sucks but that’s okay, I can share with him. He’s kind of a good roommate but he does sometimes talk about people in a mean way, which makes me sad sometimes. He means well but he’s a bit of a meanie. After the hours passed, we had to go to bed and I read my book and the lights went off, I smiled and yawned softly. Hades tucked me in and kissed my forehead softly as a goodnight kiss.
‘’Good night Matilda’’, he said.
‘’Good night hades’’, I said and smiled softly, yawning again while slowly letting sleep take me.
