Living with Satan

I awoke to screaming and yelling. "Fuck.." I jump out of my bed unlock my door and run down stairs to see my drunken excuse of a father standing over my little sister Lilly. I notice as soon as I get there that there's a red mark on her cheek so I step in front of her and our father and her whore of a mother.

"WHY THE FUCK DID YOU HIT HER" I shouted at him.

"Who the fuck are you yelling at, bitch? She just called her mother a hoe!" I backed down, the last thing I wanted was to be beaten. "Alright, im "sorry father" but you shouldn't hit her just for something like that." He scoffs and walks over to the fridge which is where they keep nothing but alcohol in. "Cmon Lilly let's get ready for school" I whisper to her and she nods and walks infront of me. We get showered and dressed in 20 minutes and by the time we get back down stairs my father and his slut of a wife are fast asleep, so we take the opportunity to leave as quickly as possible. "Your gonna have to eat the schools breakfast today Lilly" I said as we walked on our way to school, and I heard her groan. "I don't want to eat that!" She yelled and I exhaled. "But I don't want you to starve." I countered and she sighs. I could tell this was gonna be a long year

Ku_Rolet: The novel was good, and I really enjoyed reading it. I love the leads and their bond, but I have one question that confused me. How could Tristan have been dreaming about his mate since he was a child if Omara was already mated to someone else before him? If Kyle had accepted Omara, would Tristan ne...

Sharda: I really enjoyed the pace of this story. It was mostly realistic, but It was tough to wrap my head around that a 13-year-old boy would be so intuitive and a friend to his mom. My 13-year-old daughter is super smart and says I am her best friend so I guess it is possible. I struggled because boys usu...
