Chapter 1- Remembrance
"Its time to go Annalise you'll be late for school! ". My mother hells down stairs.
I look in the mirror one more time as I make my way down stairs . Im 17 and I look exactly like my mother, dirty blonde hair with pale milk skin but the one thing I don't got from her is my green eyes. Mother never talked about my father but I know it hurts her everytime I ask about him. As school finishes and I look for mom in our usual spot but instead I see a 2 black cars
A man gets out with a suit followed by 2 man that I presume are him body guards.
"Hello my name is Luke , I'm so sorry for your loss but can you please come with me" He spoke in a deep voice. "This man must not be talking to me" I thought. I started to walk the other direction when he spoke again but I didn't hear cause by that time I was running home , mother always told me not to talk someone I didn't know. She even taught me how to fight I never knew why "You must always protect yourself Annalise" I hear her in my head as i run home. When i get there I see the 2 black car already at my house with a ambulance and I cops parked outside. I can feel my hands getting sweaty and my legs run past them as I run in side yelling "MOTHER! MOTHER!" I stop when I see yellow tape and blood on the floor . I see a white blanket over a body shape that when darkness hit me.
I still remember that day so much has changed...
