A fantastical mystery unfolding in Blaise Village

"Haven't finished this book yet, but there's an intriguing mystery of dangerous trolls becoming berserkers and going after domesticated animals (and I think other wild animals too) surrounding the village. Which if you didn't know, Berserkers are from Old Norse history etc, where people dressed in bear skin garbs and fought in a trance-like fury. The elder brother, Peter, of one of the main characters, Marcus, seems to know about these trolls somehow, which seems suspicious to me, but so far his intentions are good towards his brother and his friend. There's also a lot of fun language choices used often in the book like, 'No Sugar Sherlock' and 'Higgledy Piggledy'. Very unique choices that are entertaining to read."
