1.One Starry Night

She was sitting on a large rock on the edge of an island just starring endlessly at the bright beautiful moon with her fin flowing along with the gentle current of the waters that surrounds the whole island, she came here almost every night to try and get things out of her mind a bit and just have a peace in mind...

It is indeed such a glorious and peaceful night, but soon it was disturbed by the sound of strong waves and the current of the water becomes more rapid than it was just a mere second ago...

"Ugh! Great, what does my mom want now!?"

Sapphira let out a quiet sigh and quickly dove in the water with her beautiful purple and blue huge fin in tow and swam towards a humongous yet beautiful underwater castle that is mostly made up of real pearls and two large sky blue colored sparkly shells for the huge double doors...

As she went in, a woman probably looking like in her thirties soon met her with an angry look plastered on her face as she suddenly grabs her wrist and said,

"Just what were you thinking!? I told you never to swim to the surface ever again and yet you still disobey my orders!"

She yells as her eyes filled with range, betrayal and irritation...

Mixed emotions...

"But mom just listen"-

Sapphira tried to reason with her but she cuts her off instantly,

"No! I am the queen and your mother! You listen to me! I told you, it's dangerous up there and those heartless legged creatures can take you away from me and I won't even realize it, who knows what those monsters could do to you if they catch you!? I just don't want that to happen so please, just please, for once, listen to me, not as Queen but as your mother..."

Her anger suddenly fades and gets replaced with eyes of sadness just by listening to her voice, begging her to do as she was told...

I would have protested against her but I felt like she wanted to cry and I completely understood her as she just wanted keep me safe and for me not to have the same fate as my father, plus, I also didn't wanna make her feel guilty/responsible if anything bad happened to me because of my stubbornness... I didn't respond and it took about a minute of silence before I swam up to her and gave her a big hug to let her know that I understood her and I told her that I will be headed to my room...

I swam to my room with my fins swaying up and down gently behind me and I laid down on a huge shell that resembles a bed...

Staring at nothing, as I get drowned in my own thoughts (ironic isn't it=^=)
I asked myself...

"How horrible are these people?"

"Why is mom so scared of them?"

"What does it feel like to live up there?"

"Why do they want to capture us?"

"Are they all really that evil!?"

I was stuck with a million questions that felt like it was going to eat me alive any second and there was no way of escaping it...

But as I kept on thinking and asking myself dozens of unending questions, my eyelids started to feel heavy, I tried keeping it wide open but failed miserably, and before I knew it, the darkness has surrounded every single part of me and I drifted fast asleep completely oblivious of the dangers surrounding the whole oceans beautiful sight...
