In 2030, as a last resort to save earth’s diminishing nations, they created a cradle known as the cunabula, to weed out their indifferences. With Europe as location, they termed it the Oasis and set in motion their ultimate ploy.

Intelligent individuals from all aspects of life were funnelled here to make one, united civilization.

However, due to its diversity, the Oasis could not coincide, and Shinzui, a Domain allocated to those in disagreement, was birthed instantaneously.

In a move to counter, the Caucus stripped the Oasis of its true birth and origin, mastering a regime solely reliable upon their prophetic guidance. With a Citadel constructed around its thriving core, territories beyond their reach received the term Virgo Terras and thus were declared forbidden. Even so, the growing population needed to expand. Therefore, its core split into three Domains.

Miken and the Citadel served as its Capital.

The Delman Domain as Military.

And Musta Novae was designated as Scientific Technology, Intelligence, and Law and Order.

In this manner, justice and peace prevailed with a greater display of uniformity, allowing the Caucus to form a contesting force against the nomadic rebels, Shinzui.

The year is 104 After Cunabula.

The Caucus predicts a devastating onslaught from a crystalline enemy and initiates Operation Oasis Historia. An Agent from their Special Branch Sector receives instructions to infiltrate Shinzui in hopes of identifying the threat. However, its leader becomes aware of the assignment and captures this Agent. Months later, she’s found wandering near the Citadel, with no recollection of her mission.

In an attempt to rescue her from execution, Councilman Malik, the representative of the Caucus, shares their true intentions and reassigns her to Delman. Where, along with General Steven Whitaker, she is instructed to explore the Virgo Terras in secret and report her findings on the unknown territories.
