Letter to DEKU

Very dear Izuku Midoriya,

I didn't really know how to call you, so I prefered putting both your first and last name. Though, I hope this doesn't bother you.

I just want you to know that I admire who you are and what you do for others. Born with no quirk, but I'm sure you will be a great hero as an adult. No, you are already a great hero. Your past, your ancestors, your defects, they don't make you who you are, your actions do.

Believe in yourself, stay true to yourself and get back up over and over again if you weakens. You will make everyone proud, including you and those who you love.

You're strong Izuku, I might think you're even stronger than Katsuki Bakugo, but if it isn't physical, your strenth is the most important of all strenths. Kindness, emotions and altruism are the most important strenth a hero should have, and You own them all three.

Today, things are far away from easy, I reckon and you might feel like a misfit but imagine if All Might was like you. What if the greatest hero of them all now was the weakest and most outcast of the young boys then? What if All Might had to face the worst pains in order to become the man he is now? What if YOU were the next to face harm, unfairness and lose? Are you ready to face the worst just to find the best of yourself? There is no doubt you are the next for this battle and in fact, I'm sure you are ready to face the harsh world you are born in. You can do it, Izuku Midoriya. You can show this blondie of "Katchan" what you are made of. Show him what Deku means!

If there is one more thing that you shoud know, it's that you are not alone. The ones you love have your back and it's important that you got theirs too. In a battle, remember that the power is less important than the number, for an army is unstoppable compared to a man alone. Care for your friends and they'll care for you harder. Let them down and you will be the man alone facing and losing before the ennemy's army.

May the ones underestimating you shown they are wrong.

Sincerely yours,

Carly
