Welcome To The Military Base

A young girl is laying on a military cot with colonel chester phillips sitting next to wake up a couple hours later the young girls eyes open and she raises up and looks at the colonel
Tommi P.O.V
I look around and my eyes land on someone in a military outfit a minute later he notices I'm awake
" Hello young lady " He says to me softly I nod my head in a hello " Are you mute " He asks me a second later I shake my head giggling softly " No sir I'm not mute " I say with a strong voice maybe to strong a minute later he chuckles softly
" What's your name miss " He asks a second later i get up and stand in front of him " Tommi,Tommi Stark Sir ! " I say loudly saluting him a second later he looks at me proudly " At ease soldier " He says to me a second later i relax but still very much alert
" Sir what's your name " I ask looking at him a minute later he nods " My name is colonel chester phillips " Colonel says to me as I nod my head taking this new information a moment later another guy walks in and salutes the colonel " Steve meet Tommi " The colonel says to me and steve a minute later we nod at each other " And i want you to give her a tour of the base " The colonel chester says to me and steve as he nods his head to colonel a second later we walk out of the tent
" Well ready to see the camp " Steve asks me a second later I nod my head
No P.O.V
Steve and Tommi walk out to the middle of the camp area a minute steve looks over at tommi while their walking
" So what brings to the military base " Steve asks tommi a second later she looks at steve and shakes her head "I'm pretty sure my parents abandoned me here " Tommi mutters to steve a second later she feels someone embracing her a second later he let's her "I'm sorry about that " Steve says to tommi a minute later she shakes her head
" I don't need your sympathy " Tommi mutters softly to steve as he shakes his head chuckling softly
" Okay so what your favorite thing to do " Steve asks tommi a second later she looks steve in the eyes " Well my favorite pastime was drawing and painting " Tommi says to steve a second later he nods his head "Interesting I like drawing and painting too" Steve says to tommi smiling softly
Peggy P.O.V
I walk out of my office to steve giving a new girl a tour of the camp a second later the walk up to me
" Peggy meet Tommi " Steve says to me a minute later i look over at tommi and nod to her " Nice to meet you dear " I say softly to tommi as she nods in agreement
No P.O.V
A few hours later Steve finishes giving tommi the tour of tour of the camp and meeting a couple of other soldiers in the camp
" Tommi here's your uniform " The colonel says to tommi a minute later she takes her uniform nodding to the colonel not even a second later she goes and gets changed then she comes back a couple minutes later " well what do you think Steve " she asks steve a second he gives her a thumbs up " Looking good " Steve says to tommi as she nods her head thanking him
Tommi P.O.V
I walk by the colonels office to hear him arguing with someone the second man sounds really familiar for some reason but I don't know why
" She's your daughter howard " The colonel shouts at someone called howard " Your point ? " Howard asks the colonel a minute later the colonel groans angrily " I don't need her anymore She's just a useless brat " howard snaps with Vemon lacing his voice
A moment later I storm in the two men a minute later I slap howard not caring how hard i hit him
" You know what I don't need you,I have everything i could possible want right here " I say with pride in my voice a minute later I storm back out with tears in my eyes

Steve and Bucky are walking together a minute later they spot tommi sitting on her own looking like she was going to cry at any point in time
" Tommi are you okay " Steve asks but she shakes her head a minute later she leans up against steve " Not really but I'll survive " Tommi mutters softly to steve a second later bucky steps forward " Steve who's this " bucky says looking at tommi with a soft expression
" I'm tommi nice to meet you " Tommi says softly to bucky a second later he nods his head to tommi " Shoot I've got to get going guys,I'll see you guys later " Steve says running off leaving bucky and Tommi alone
" Why are you upset " Bucky asks tommi a second later she shakes her head " Why do you care " Tommi asks bucky not even a second later puts his hand on her chin " I don't like seeing girls cry " bucky whispers to tommi moving a piece of hair out of her face
" Alright if you must know my father disowned me and well I don't know how to feel at this point " Tommi says to bucky not caring to look at him " Well he's an idiot and doesn't know what he's missing " bucky says to tommi a minute later she leans up against him " Thank you um- " Tommi starts but then pauses not knowing his name " You can call me bucky " bucky says to tommi a minute later she nods " Well thank you bucky " Tommi says to bucky a second later his cheeks go red
Bucky P.O.V
I'm sitting with tommi trying to calm her down a second later I told her my nickname and when she said it I froze up my cheeks turning a light red do I love this girl
" You okay " Tommi asks me breaking the silence but a moment later I nod my head " Yea I'm fine " I mutter to her softly she nods her head smiling a little bit a second later she looks at me " What ? " she asks a second later I look into her eyes " Look I know we just met but maybe we could go on a date " I ask her but I look away not wanting to see her face " I-I would love too " Tommi says to me a second later she looks at me with sly but really hot look " Alright I'll see you tomorrow doll " I say walking away from tommi I look back at but she's not there " I'll see you tomorrow sergeant " Tommi purrs into my ear a minute later my cheeks go a deep red
Tommi P.O.V
I knock on Peggy's office door a minute later she let's me in and I tell her everything that just happened between bucky and I she looks at me proud mom would knowing that her daughter is going on date
" Well I'll help you dear " Peggy says patting my shoulder I smile and a second later I hug Peggy another second goes by and the women wraps her arms around me holding me close to her
