Hey, I am Selina, a person who has anxiety, who is an introvert, was not really before but pandemic kinda made me. I am afraid of being judged. I get panic attacks. I am not the most beautiful girl in the world, not the smartest, thinking that I am writing this when I am actually supposed to study right now. So well....I actually randomly made this book. I thought let's give everyone what they need the most. Comfort. Love. Care. And I know because I also need these things in my life.

This is the official starting of this book is mine "LOVE YOURSELF".

I will share some of mine, you share some of yours. You can also personally dm me if you want. Give out messages. Quotes. Anything. Anything that will help people. That will make them believe that no what who they are, what their nationality is, what their gender is, their sexuality is, the skin colour, or anything, it doesn't matter, because you being a living thing makes you someone who deserves love, respect and care of people.

Always feel free to share your thoughts, your messages, because here, we are all the same. We all need things in our life and maybe, maybe I will be help you with it. But I will try my best. No matter how broken you are, try to fix yourself, I know it will not be easy, I know there will be times you would want to give up, too tired and exhausted, to numb for this, but believe it will be worth it. You are beautiful, you deserve love, respect, care, comfort. You deserve happiness. And you will get it. Just be patient sweetheart and you will. If not today, then tomorrow, just be patient and don't give up. Keep trying and one day, you will win.
