That One Friend

Allison and Lola had just came from a party and realized that they would be home around 1:30 in the morning and so they decided to take shortcut through a dark ally that would be quick and take them strait home. Lola was behind me and we were talking about how the party was alright and how we looked beautiful in our outfits after that we just walked in silence. When all of a sudden I heard “mhfmhfmhf” and “crack” Allison turned around to see that Lola was not behind her she was worried then remembered ‘Lola jokes around alot and tries to always scare me and no matter what Lola always gets her way and scares me so i’ll just expose her before she can scare me and we’ll continue our walk home’ “LOLA,” after a few minutes of the wind slapping her cheeks and making them red she calls again “LOLA COME OUT THIS INSTANT IT’S NOT FUNNY ANYMORE.” Allison shouts in a worried and angered tone. After just standing there shocked thinking that her best friend ditched her all alone in a dark a shady ally she felt like she was drowning she couldn’t breath her mind was pitch black empty she could even think she couldn’t believe it, it happened again.

Allison heard a noise behind her and it sounded like laughter she turned around and saw two boys who looked like they could touch the ceiling of a building. Allison started walking towards the boys then froze and touched her face she had forgotten about the waterfall on her face so she whipped it on and she ran towards the boys and said “ have you seen a girl with pink hair tied up in a ponytail who was wearing a pink dress that had red roses on it with black high heals with some glitter on them run out of here by any chance have you guys?” The boys looked at each other worried for the girl who looked in pain and replied “Are you ok?” she sighed and smiled with a small chuckle following it then mumbled “yes just a bit tired.” the boy looked at eachother again and back at her they been to worried about why she was in a dark valley shivering and sounding/looking in pain to noticed the mascara dripping down from her eyes. The boys took out their phones and started texting each other ‘She was definitely crying ‘ ‘ I know and she looks like shes been through a lot what should we do we can’t just leave her here we aren’t that heartless now ’ ‘ your right well take her home and look for her friend tomorrow ok ’ ‘ ok fine but don’t be a jerk to her with husky voice ’ ‘alright whatever you say. ’

Allison was confuse but after the boys put their phone away she said “ did something happen? ” they said no and took a deep breath and said “ we could take you home so you can take a rest and stay with you till you wake up so we could then go and look for your friend if your alright with that.” Allison felt like he brain was on a roller coaster she was happy that they would help her find Lola but so confused why they would help someone they just met. After thinking and staring into space she answered “I’m okay with it, Thank you umm...” the tall husky voiced boy replied “Theo, my name is Theo” the tall boy next to him also replied “I’m Liam and umm we would like to take you home but we don’t know where you live” oh Allison thought to herself “Ohhh...heh follow me to my house” after walking through the ally and seeing trash and some stray cats and dogs they finally reached a neighborhood Allison broke the silence with “ were here my house is just across the street.” Both boys looked up and saw what looked like a mansion but was her house then Liam started to squeal. Theo told leam to shut his mouth up cause he was to loud and because by the time they got to the house it was 3 in the morning.

Now as both the boys and Allison walked through the opened black metal gates and past the garden and into the house Allison was telling them everything that had happened before her friend Lola left her. Once they entered the house they walked up the stairs and into her room she grabbed an oversized black T-shirt with the words Allison written in green and some grey shorts then walked into the bathroom and got changed. Once Allison got out she told the boys that the guest room was across from her and the other guest room was the room to the right of hers. Both boys walked out and went to their rooms and took a nap while Allison got some rest as well and they ended up sleeping in till the next morning. They went back to the ally where Lola left her and they found her a phone covered in old dried blood but Allison told them that the phone wasn’t Lola’s phone but it could be someone else’s phone and they should go to the police.

They went to the police station to turn over the phone they found in the ally and once they got there they entered and waled to the font desk and put the phone there then told the lady at the desk if they could speak to and officer regarding the bloody phone they found in the ally. The frown desk lady told them to sit in the waiting area while she gets an officer to help them. Once the lady come back with an officer right behind her she went up to then and assured them that this officer would her them with any issue that they have regarding the phone they showed her then told them to go to him before he changes his mind. After they heard her say that they immediately got up and walked over to him then they walked over to his desk and took a seat and once they sat down they showed him the phone and told him they found this phone in the ally while looking for clues of her friend that disappeared. The officer had to take a minute to understand what they had just told him then he asked “Could you hand me the phone I will look into whose phone this is.” Allison got up from her seat and handed it to him then she sat back down.

Allison was silent once the sat down the Theo asked the officer “ Could you please search for her friend?” the officer unglued his eyes from the bloody phone and looked at them and answered “ Yes, I can just tell me your friends name and i’ll put in a missing person file and my partner will search for her after we send this phone to our forensic scientist.” Both boys looked at Allison and she got up and told the officer “My friends name is Lola Anderson, age 30 like me and her address is 1437 Green Gate Lane.” The officer in extreme shock slammed his hand on then desk making everybody tremble then he looked up at Allison and grumbled “Thats impossible” then walked over to another desk and started talking to and officer who had the same reaction as him. Then both officers came over with a picture of Lola in the same outfit she went “missing” pink hair tied up in a ponytail who was wearing a pink dress that had red roses on it with black high heals with some glitter on them and showed it to Allison.

Allison's face lit up and she exclaimed that that girl in the photo was Lola her friend. Both officers looked at her with an upset face and asked her “when did you say you friend went missing again?” Allison question why there face looked like that and why they asked that question but she answered anyways “Officers my friend Lola Anderson went missing yesterday in an ally.” The officers walked over and grabbed Allison and pulled her into a hus and in a quivering voice they told her that “Lola died 9 years ago in a car accident and you where in the car with her” “w-w-what” “A drunk person went on the wrong side of the road and Lola couldn’t stop the car from hitting you guys and she was badly injured was transferred to the hospital but didn’t make it.” “But if Lola died then who have I been talking to for the past nine years?” “it was nobody Allison you were talking to your self I think you became mentaly unstable once you lost Lola who has been your friend for the past 19 years.” “I think we need to put you in a mental hospital they can help you become more stable.” Allison looked up and was trembling while she told them she would go.
