"I don't want any of this mom, why can't you understand me just this once." She complained as tears ran down her face.

"It's important that you attend this event why don't you understand that if you don't attend people will talk and it might affect our reputation." She said in a stern voice, " What has gotten into you Rosaline you are never interested in anything these days.

"It's always been about your reputation, I want to live my own life, have friends and chose how to spend my own time without having to worry about you or my father scolding me."

"What are you saying Rosaline," she asked as she glared at me.

"I want to move out, I want to have my own space" I looked at her and her reaction was what I expected.

"I can take care of myself, I want to have a job and...." she raised her hand and slapped me across my face tears welled up in my eyes.

"Are you crazy Rosaline what's wrong with you?"

"That's not happening just forget it," he said in a stern tone his voice laced with anger.

"But dad I will keep in touch with all of you I promise to call you every day." I pleaded with him and that's the most impossible thing to do he never listens to anyone except mum.

"My decision is final" he stormed out of the room. My mum looked at me and left the room without saying anything. I should have prepared myself for this but with my parents, it's difficult to figure out how they will react. They are so protective, my dad doesn't let me leave the house alone I envy my brothers they never have to go through this alone I and my sister have to go through this I guess this is what comes with being the daughter of a billionaire and well-known businessman not forgetting overprotective.

Sometimes I just wish they could understand me but they don't cause they all think I'm incapable of taking care of myself I appreciate all the love and attention that I receive from them but I need my own space I need to discover myself explore, get a job and live a normal life without all these bodyguards and a controlling father.

"Rosaline are you crazy, oh my gosh you've lost it" my sister yelled as she looked at me like I was crazy.

"I'm not crazy Alyssa, it's just that I'm tired of this they treat me like a 3-year-old when am 21 for fucks sake, they never let me do what I want and I don't like it I know they love me but I just want out of this life." she stood up and walked over to me she placed her palm on my forehead but I slapped it away.

" What I had to be sure if you leave this house your life won't be the same are you willing to leave all this luxury behind all because you want to explore. Rosaline you have to think carefully before taking such a drastic decision, Dad might cut you out of his will." I know he might do that to stop me from leaving but for some reason, it still doesn't change my mind.

" Hey girls what's up," Ryan asked as he looked at us "What's with the tension I swear it's so thick it could be cut with a knife." he chuckled as I playfully hit his arm.

"Ouch, what was that for" he rubbed his arm "don't hit my baby ever again the ladies love them and you are hitting it." I rolled my eyes.

"By ladies you mean Clara she's the only one who's so obsessed with you"

"Alyssa support me on this one please" he pleaded with Alyssa but sadly she didn't agree with him.

"Sorry bro I'm with Rosa on this one" she smiled at him.

"I will just ask my royal brothers."

"Ask us what?" Mason asked us as he walked in with Ralph and Enzo behind him.

"I'm glad you are here" he stood up, "the girls here think that I'm not famous when it comes to the ladies."

"And so how are we involved," Ralph asked with a confused expression on his face.

"Tell them how famous I am when it comes to the ladies" he looked at them and we just sat watching the drama.

"Why are you asking us to lie" Enzo replied as he looked at Ralph.

"Yeah bro no offence you are a workaholic you are always in your office working your ass off" Ryan rolled his eyes and placed his hand in his chest faking his hurt.

"Traitors what happened to bro code" he wiped a fake tear.

"How and why did I get such a dumbass for a brother I already have two annoying sisters isn't that enough" we burst into laughter until it clicked to me that he said we are annoying.

"Did you say we are annoying" I looked at Alyssa? "he said we are annoying."

"And for the record, your ugly ass is lucky to have me as a brother," Ryan said in a confident tone as he looked at Mason.

"And your dumbass is lucky to have me as your brother"

"Well I don't know about you guys but I'm fucking hungry oh I forgot to mom told me to tell you dinner is ready."

I smiled as I looked at my brothers when they find out about what im planning to do they won't be happy that's for sure but I just have to.

They all went to the dining room with smiles on their faces unaware of what lies ahead.
