Info about the story;
Usually, in abo (abbreviation of alpha/beta/omega) stories, humans are divided into three categories;
Alphas - Commonly the dominant ones, and the leader of their pack.
Betas - The neutral ones, in most fanfics they are the pack alpha's helper (or something related to that, I don't really remember) They can mate to both alphas and omegas, or even their own kind too.
Omegas - Commonly the submissive ones, and are called โLunaโ if they mate with a pack alpha leader.
In this story;
1) New is an true blood omega, (his parents were both alphas) so, he has some dominant features in him, therefore, meaning that he can top an alpha easily.
2) You or your wolf can't find/smell your mate if you haven't turned 18, even if your mate is older than you and you have met them, you still can't know.
3) When you meet your mate for the first time, your wolf starts howling in happiness, screaming โMate!โ or in *some* alphas' case; โMine!โ
