Welcome to Peach and Siren's World!

School. Morning.

Once Siren notices the newcomer enter the classroom, she frowns. Peach, the said newcomer smiled and said hello to everyone. Siren is on the fence with her classmates, but not with this one. She has no idea why she is always irritated whenever she sees her. It’s not like she’s done anything wrong to her. Perhaps she despises her guts or the fact that she is overly nice to everyone.

And, being the jerk that she is, she automatically placed both of her feet on her chair when she saw her approaching their seat. She’s fortunate she’s seated beside the wall since she can lean against it while staring at her surprised expression.

“Ah, that’s my seat.” She said hesitantly, pointing to the chair.

“So? Can’t you see I’m using it?” Siren then proceeded to play with her pen while secretly observing her facial expression

‘Cmon, get mad.’

Peach surrendered in defeat and moaned. “Then, at that point I’ll simply sit tight for you to get done with using it.” She then, at that point remained behind the seat while continually taking looks at her.

‘What the heck. That is not the response I wanted!’

Siren’s companions, Hana and Lea couldn’t prevent themselves from meddling and offered the empty seat. Yet, Peach declined them happily and said, “I want to sit here.”

“Let her sit, Siren. Try not to be so mean.” Hana said.

Siren took a glance at Peach once again prior to surrendering and eliminating her feet while feigning exacerbation.

“Thank you!” Peach cheerfully shouted prior to jumping to her seat. Siren just overlooked her and continued to gaze at the window.

‘Tsk. So irritating.’

Breaktime

Siren, Hana, and Lea’s number one spot to hang out throughout their break time is the old flight of stairs at the old building. Students and educators infrequently go there in light of apparition stories and it’s likewise once in a while utilized because of the structure’s problematic development so it has turned into their ideal spot to take a rest and eat.

They were perched on the flight of stairs while drinking their favorite sorts of milk. Lea drinks strawberry milk, Hana drinks banana milk, and Siren drinks chocolate milk.

“Hey Peach,” Lea called ending the quietness.

“What?”

“For what reason do you despise Peach?”

Hana gestures in arrangement. “I notice it as well. You’re not the sort to focus on people. However, with regards to Peach...”

“Who says I dislike her?” She replied while slurping noisily on her beverage. “I simply don’t care for her.”

“Why?” She looked at Hana. “There should be an explanation.”

Siren just shrugged her shoulder as a reply. Truly, she doesn’t know all things considered. It’s simply that at whatever point Peach is near, her blood bubbles and her temperature’s rising.

“Be that as it may, Peach is so nice, however. She’ll generally smile at you regardless of whether you’re impolite to her.” Lea remarked. As though on signal, Peach’s smiling face showed up at the forefront of Siren’s thoughts. She’s smiling so broadly, it made her heart skip a beat.

‘What the hell...’

“W-why are we talking about her? It’s getting irritating.”

Lea shakes her head while Hana giggles at her. “Calm down. We just mulled over everything, we’re interested so we’re asking.”

Siren felt irritated by the flood of questions from them. “There’s not a good excuse, alright?! I simply don’t care for her.”

Hana felt like somebody’s watching them so she gazed upward and saw Peach behind them. Her eyes broadened and she quickly pointed out Lea’s which she additionally responded with something very similar.

“P-peach...” Hana called apprehensively. She felt like she’d heard what they’re discussing.

However, Peach, being the beam of sunlight that she is, smiled and welcomed them. “Hi.”

“What...what are you doing here? This is an abandoned building.” Hana then, at that point asked, subtly taking looks from Siren to check whether she responds. All things considered, there’s nothing. She doesn’t appear to mind and kept drinking her Choco milk.

“You all eat here?” Peach asked and gradually strolled down the steps until she stops before Siren.

“The cafeteria’s packed and it’s quiet here,” Hana replied.

“Oh. Really? Hi Siren!” She welcomed cheerfully. Siren just overlooked her as though she didn’t heard anything. “Is that Choco milk? I like choco milk as well!”

“So?”

“Can I have a taste? They’ve run out of supply at the cafeteria.” She glared. “I wanted to get it.”

“What? No!”

Peach face eases up as though she didn’t hear that discourteous answer quite recently. “Really? Thanks!”

The three of them watched in shock as Peach grabbed Siren’s beverage and fled like a deer.

“Siren...” Hana called, feeling somewhat terrified at Siren’s harsh articulation.

“She... She took your beverage.” She added. Lea slapped her in the arm consequently, reprimanding her for helping her to remember what simply occurred.

Siren, then again, couldn’t consider everything except their hands contacting each other when Peach took her beverage. She gazed at her right hand, her heart thumping quicker.

‘What the hell...’
