Like every year, a young teenage girl and her family take a three-week summer vacation to a small coastal town by the pacific ocean called Blues, a place where electronics don't exist and are replaced with outdoor activities on the sandy beaches, pranks, and the once a year carnival. This year, it will be the same for the sixteen-year-old and her family and friends- Though there is a new family in town who brought the beach house next door and a boy that has the whole town in high spirits...
