A strong hook marred by some grammar/punctuation issues and a too-abrupt ending.
"There is a lot to like about this story. THe perspective character is refreshing and the gotcha ending works really well. The thing that threw me the most is the series of spelling and grammar errors that pepper the manuscript as well as an ending that leaves the reading asking "what next?" It should start right at the tattooist's chair rather than a description of the character and her father and it should expand to see how she deals with discovering she's murdered someone under the influence of the tattoo. Otherwise, not bad at all."
