Prologue

Age 7
"Kiara, what do you wanna do when you grow up?" Siddy, as I like to call him, asked me.
I looked up from my doll and exclaimed happily "I wanna get married to my pwince charming."
He gave me a toothless grin and said "Well I want to be there too."
"Oh, you could be my bridesmaid and you have to wear pink" I jumped up.
"No, I won't wear a pink gown, like gross"
"You are gross plus I will wear a bright pink gown to my wedding and we should be matching"
"MATCH IT WITH YOUR HUSBAND!!! Why me?" he grumbled.
"You wanted to come, so deal with it" I huffed and crossed my arms, he copied me "well I won't" and looked away grumpily. I growled or rather tried to.
"Uh guys you shouldn't fight it's bad" Tina, my other best friend said timidly while wringing her fingers, we ignored her and continued to growl at each other when suddenly-
"OWW!!" We cried out loud when Tina tugged roughly on our hair "don't fight and apologize right now" she ordered while waggling her index finger in front of us
"No" we huffed and looked away from each other
"Do it" Tina growled eerily, we jumped slightly then hurriedly apologized to each other before Tina decides to feed us to THE SHARKS!!!
She gave a toothy grin then wrapped her arms around our shoulders "Let's eat ice cream!!!" she said quietly returning to her shy self.
Age 14
"OH.MY.GOD!!! I can't believe we'll be starting high school from tomorrow" I shrieked while combing my jet black hair which currently looks like a bird-nest. "Yeah, I hope there are no bullies as Sana told us" Tina said while biting her nails.
"Don't worry, T. I'll protect you with my life" Sid said while patting her head then continued watching Naruto leaving the poor girl looking like a tomato who could burst out of happiness at any moment.
T, has a huge crush on him since the day she first met him, in her backyard, when the poor boy was being chased by his neighbour's dog, Scott.
Even though he was on the verge of crying he still protected her from Scott by standing in front of her. Then again that boy could like her but he is still so damn clueless, never getting the hints that T likes him.
"AWWW, how cute, what about me?" I asked him. He glanced up at me from my laptop "Why would anyone bully you, you will probably scare them with that ugly face of yours" he smirked while T started to giggle.
I scowled at them then threw or more like tried to throw the hairbrush at him but it was stuck in my hair so I just ended up hitting myself while those two idiots continued to laugh.
UGH!!! Even though they annoy me so much I don't know what will I do without them.
Age 18
"FREEDOM!!!!" We screamed.
"I can't believe we are finally free" Sid exclaimed while hugging T, who looked like she was gonna faint at any moment.
"YES, BITCH!!! we are finally going to our dream colleges but I can't believe throughout my 17 years of schooling I wasn't able to find my soulmate" I sighed feeling dejected.
"Don't worry, Kiara. High school boys are douchebags anyway plus most of the high school relationships don't even last that long"
At this comment, Sid looked at her and asked "So am I a douchebag?"
"N-No" T stuttered while wringing her fingers "So if we were to date that means our relationship would've worked out?" he smirked. T blushed furiously and stared at him wide-eyed "I will go eat Max I-I mean to see him. Bye" she hurried off to her little stepbrother.
Thank god she is getting along with her stepbrother and has accepted her dad marrying some other woman.
I punched his shoulder while he was staring at her with a small smile and he lets out an oompf "Just ask her out already." I rolled my eyes while walking towards my mom "W-What?" he feigned innocence "I know you like her. Hell, everyone does except for her so do it already" I smiled at him "or I can go and tell her that you don't like her"
"You wouldn't dare"
"Try me" like hell I would ever break her heart by lying
He growls "Fine I'll do it on weekend".
I cooed "Who's the good boy" he just flipped me off and hurried off to his family.
I rolled my eyes 'finally' I thought while smiling.

Finally done with the prologue.
