Chapter 1
LILIAN:
“Jack, wake up, you are going to be late for your classes.”
I said walking out of my room and heading towards the kitchen, getting ready to cook breakfast. Placing the hot pancakes on the plate, I sat down and started eating it when I heard the most beautiful voice, my roommate, Jack. I know that I should not say something like this, but what can I do? I have had a crush on him for a very long time.
Let me introduce my roommate JACK, he is famous in our school for sleeping with most everyone, and I’m famous for not sleeping with anyone. Now you all might think that he is a playboy, and you are correct, he is, and I might be some nerd or something, but for your correction, I am not actually a cheerleader. I am a cheerleader. Even though he is a playboy, but still he mentions his grade, which I might add is much better than mine.
“You should have attended the party”
Jack said eating the left-over pancakes.
“Did you even brush your teeth or what?”
I asked placing my empty plate in the dishwasher.
“What do you take me as?”
“A pig” I replied back to him.
“You must add a very hot pig to your sentence.” He said handing me my bag.
“Now come on or else we are going to be late for our very first day of our school,” he said walking out of the house.
“If we are going to be late, then it’s going to be all because of you, mister”
“And that is why today we are going to ride my bike, and there will be no argument.” He said placing the helmet on me.
“You look cute in that-.” “Shut up and just hurry,” I said, patting him on his shoulder.
“” Yes, madam.”
Hopping off the bike, I rushed out of the parking lot not wishing to be ganged up because of someone and be bullied. Walking. Walking .corridor, I made my way towards my Locker.
“Hey, why did you leave me alone there? You hurt my feeling”
He said "Put your hand on the right side of his chest.
“For your information, your heart is on the left side”
“Xander, what are you doing here, man?”
Jake said walking passed me. Ignoring both of them, I walked toward my first class of the day. Entering the classroom, I looked towards the window to find it empty. Feeling happy, I rushed towards that seat getting ready to sit when all of a sudden someone sat on that really sit, and it was none other than JACK himself.
“” Hey, that’s my sit, move your fat ass away, you idiot.”
I said trying to push him away.
“How is your seat? Thereat? There i a? There is no name written on it anywhere. "He said smirking.
“Jack, you know very well that I love sitting near the window.”
“Miss Knight, find, find some other seat and sit down, we are going to start the classes now.”
“But sir,! "Whining about it,
" Miss Knight, it’s useless whining now, go and find a seat for yourself."
“You just wait to jack, I am going to take my revenge for that seat.” I said giving him the best glared face I could.
Looking around, I found an empty seat near the back. Settling down, I looked to my left to notice a boy staring at me.
“Hello” I said smiling at him politely.
“Hello, my name is Adam.”
“Are you new here?” I asked him.
“No, you are silly, I am not. It’s just that I know you, but you don’t remember me.”
Looking at my confused face, he could understand that I still don’t know him.
“Just wait for a minute.” He said giving me his beautiful smile.
“Now I would like to introduce you to the new student, more or less as he used to be studying here, but due to some problem, he had to transfer, and now he is back. “Adam, can you introduce yourself again? "Teacher said. Looking toward my left side, turning my head around, I saw the same guy standing up from his seat and walking toward the front.
“Hello, guy, my name is Adam Xavier Thomson. I used to study here just as the teacher told right now.”
Wait a minute, he introduced himself as Adam Xavier. The very same guy who used to be my best friend but left me behind and went away without any reason at all.
