"For some morbid reason I actually like the apocalyptic hopelessness that this book makes me feel. I can totally imagine humans behaving this way in case the world came to an end. Your writing is highly-descriptive and helps the reader to recreate the scenarios that you’ve portrayed in this book. I also like how you’ve described every killing scene as though it were a perfectly natural phenomenon. The only evidence that a tragedy has occurred lies in the way you’ve described a character’s emotions once the killing is done. The character development was a little slow for my liking, but probably because the book starts off with all the characters trying to fulfill their basic human need for food and survival. In conclusion, I think this was a well-written horror novel and you’ve managed to convey the despair and dread felt by the characters in this book; an enjoyable read."
