Abuse isn't something that anyone should go through. Ellean should know. She's been abused since she was a youngling. Ellean is now in a wheelchair because of the abuse. She was also born deaf. This book isn't easy to write. Coming from someone who grew up in an abusive home, it's a lot to deal with. Also, as a rape victim, there is a lot to process and go through. I will warn you; there will be triggers. Also, Mature elements. If you don't want to read that, skip over it. I will not feel offended at all. I promise.
