CyfieLife

It was a normal Monday like always, going to work, return home, cook food, eat, and sleep. Everyone has a great life but me. Am I cursed or something? Probably. In high school I did tennis and my coach would always brag about her everyday life. And I really did not care about. That so I decided to quit tennis and do art instead. When I had got to my class, everyone seemed so quiet while drawing. I enjoyed the silence. Just then, a kid screamed in fear like he was dying, but it was just that he saw a big spider. The teacher stood up madly and walked in a fast speed to the kid. Some weird stuff happened there but I couldn’t see. The other kid started whispering to me saying, “He definitely got disciplined.” I was fearful. So I quit art too. I decided that I would do a sport. First I tried out soccer. It was fun at first but then it started being very tiring to lose for the boys on the competitions. Whenever I went to soccer practice, I felt mad. I thought it was fun but it wasn’t. So I quit it amideitly. I tried basketball and swimming. Now I am 26 years old. I work as an employee in CyfieLife. If you don’t know what it is, I’ll tell you. Let me start with the date. It is 2045. Not a lot of things have changed except technology. CyfieLife is a famous science technology business blah blah blah. There they sell human kind robots which help you with your life. But the thing is they are so expensive. They are about $935,846. I help make the robots so I pretty am a genuis Scientist. Now let’s get to the point, my name is Hailey, I was born in 2019, May 23. I live in Harbor Island. It’s the name of the country. And I’m planning to escape this fake place. Yes, fake. Technology had grown a lot that they have made a very strong barier where only CyfieLife employees are allowed Because they know the secret. It’s kinda imposibble to get out but I am one of the employees who knows everything about CyfieLife, those people are monsters. I mean not real mosters but like monsters. They have put in a little camera inside of the robots and the CyfieLife creater watches everyone. She sees every little detail of peoples evryday lifes. And I’m glad I can’t afford one, because sometimes they do discounts on them and I forget about everything and just want one. Anyways, I’m thinking to quit my job, pack up, and go to this place called Hawai. I’m not sure if I will be able to make it, but I’ll try my best.

Ren: The storyline is great! The author has built a rich and compelling world, I really like the elemental powers and how those apply in combat. Sometimes there are situations where I wonder why the characters don't use their powers in more practical ways outside of combat, like why doesn't Ross use his ...

Another Half

Heika van Walderveen: I had to get used to the style. It’s a lot of switching and getting back into the story of the characters. Also the different timelines were a bit confusing in the beginning. But once you’re used to it, it’s really quite original. The plot is good, but it’s only book 1 (out of 3), but so far so good...
