Sarah had fallen in love with a boy she went to school with, even when she knew he had to be some kind of trouble, considering her friends had said he broke their hearts previously. Well, with this being said she was cautious when the boy, Oliver, and her were getting to know each other. She ended up falling faster and unexceptionally then she suspected. When they started dating, making it official, is where things started going wrong. Oliver had commitment issues, while Sarah had an attachment issue. While they were complete opposites, as she had many friends and was very outgoing, he was a loner and never socialized outside of work, or school. Somehow they were making it work until they were not. Sarah attachment issue got worse as he would like to have sex with her. Sarah didn't mind because she would be with him. Until she started realizing it was not good, and she wanted to get back together, Oliver agreed. A few months went by and they had sex in the morning and she went to work only for him to called it quits with Sarah again, but via text. So, while Sarah went on break, she started reading this long detailed message on how he doesn't want to be together, and that Sarah deserves better than him. Sarah got heartbroken, but she figured he'd be calling it quits again, and so inside she was fighting her brain and heart that were at war with what this boy was doing to her. Sarah had been having enough with how many times they had been calling it quits behind everyones back, only for him to be hooking up with other people, she found out later he still was doing that when they were together as she suspected from some nights he never returned a phone call or text. Finally once Sarah had enough of the emotional torment, she decided to move. She packed everything without saying a word to anyone. She drove 20 hours away just to get away from everyone, but especial Oliver. Oliver apparently was very heartbroken, and as much as Sarah wanted to feel good, she just wasn't. She was upset that it took he leaving to see that he did indeed have feelings, but she is proud that she was the one that broke his heart. Sarah ended up staying away for a solid 2 years, until she wanted to move back. She was a little nervous because she knew Oliver would still be there for her regardless of what happened in the past. Once Sarah and Oliver locked eyes for the first time in the two years, Sarah took a deep breath and gave a hug as she was screaming 'fuck I'm still in love with you' in her head. While Oliver gave her a hug back, he was no longer in love with her. But some like things don't change, they had sex, yet again. As Sarah thought it was more intimate because kissing and aftercare happened, to Oliver it was just Sarah and he cares for her a lot but he just does not want to get heart broken again. After a few months back in town, they were doing just about everything together, basically everyday. Sarah had decided to tell Oliver she still had feelings for him, and she was ready to date again but she just wanted him to know to see if there was anything left between them on his side of things. He denied, and there was nothing. Sarah heartbroken again, as Oliver had stopped asking her to do things with him, things just were not the same for Sarah. Until one vacation she took and she met this boy Gage.
