Chapter 1
Why some man gotta be so cruel?
It all started on the day she was preparing to go to college. It was a sunny day full of joy and smiles, she was very happy and excited at the same time that finnaly she was going to college. She made sure that she packed all of her colorful clothes and she also packed some sweaters and jeans but a few of them.
She dressed up and did her hair and make-up, her mom also helped her. She was so thrilled she didn't even said goodbye to her friends, she just drove off with her mom and dad.Finally the big moment came, she arrived at college.
She was so animated that she had to see new faces and meet new people. But then she saw Mike. Mike was a football player and seemed to be the popular guy in school, but in his previous one not college. When Malika saw Mike, she had butterflies in her stomach, and I think she caught feelings for him.
Her parents left, but they made sure that everything was in order. While Malika was walking to her room she saw Mike entering her room with her room mate Trystan. She wanted to enter but she was a bit shy and couldn't stop smiling. She waited outside for a bit till she felt better then got in. "Afternoon boys" said Malika. When Malika entered the room Trystan started acting weirdly.But why...we'll see what happens.
Mike replied back and said "hey", and offered to give Malika a hand shake. Trystan seemed like he had feelings for Malika so he pushed Mike's hand and did the handshake with her. He then locked eyes with Malika but then she looked away and went to her bedroom.
When she entered her bedroom she threw herself on top of the bed and started screaming covering her face with a pillow.
The next morning she woke up and went to the window to watch the trees, after that she went to take a shower. Malika didn't know that Mike had slept over with Trystan. So she just entered the shower and started running the water. Mike also wanted to take a bath so he just entered the bathroom and brushed his teeth because he thought maybe it was Trystan who was inside the shower.
But then Maliak was done showering so she closed the tap and took a towel to cover herself. She opened the shower door and saw Mike. She was shocked so she slipped then fell. But when she was about to touch the floor Mike caught her and brought her up. Malika ran away and went to her bedroom because she felt shy and embarrassed.
After what happened she looked herself in the mirror and smiled. She got dressed because she was already late for her class. She was supposed to be there at 8:30 and it was already 20mins to 9:00. She took the bus instead of taking a taxi because she thought maybe the taxi would take too long.
She finally arrived in class and grabbed a sit. But then their lecture wanted to re-arrange them so he told them to to stand up and form a line at the door. They all went outside then they waited till they were called to enter the class. While they were standing outside it was Mike's turn to enter then the lecture Mr Boldmarn called her name and told her to sit right next to Mike.
