Ten Years Ago.

Local Times, Article 1.

Family of Three Found Dead. Cause of Death: Murder By Blood.

It had been a normal Saturday for the town – except for Mr. and Mrs. Blackwell and their twelve-year-old son. The police found their bodies this morning, along with their alive son who had been huddled in the corner with a knife in his hand. According to the coroner’s report, the deaths were caused by repeated stabbings. Each of the Blackwell was stabbed 17 times in several locations. The police has yet to give an official statement, but the obvious suspect remains Jay, the Blackwell son.

Upon speculating on the family, it can be said that the Blackwell parents were self-involved and reclusive; therefore they are suspected of being abusive. Anonymous spectators say it could have been self-defense, but others accuse the boy of heartless homicide. Unfortunately, nothing can be said until the police has informed the town. Jay Blackwell is currently in police custody and will remain there until charges by his relatives are lifted.

The tragedy has put fear in our hearts and quietened the town. It is hoped that the occurred horror may never happen again and can be forgotten in record time.
