Prologue
The raging fire has engulfed the forest, and the charred trees are collapsing around me. I can see injured creatures lying on the ground, helpless and struggling for survival. Amidst all the chaos, my eyes meet with the person who once held a special place in my heart. But now, the betrayal has left me feeling like a burning coal, unable to comprehend how she could do this to me.
The goddesses created supernatural beings to protect humans from the dangers of hell and to follow the path of light. But instead of fulfilling their duties, a never-ending war has broken out between the races. I stand alone with my powers, ready to use them to repay my debt and bring justice to the world.
What I am doing now is paying for my past mistakes and returning what I had taken that was not mine to take. The intensity of the moment is palpable as our gaze locks in a battle about what is right and wrong. My light brown eyes meet with her gray ones, and we both know that this fight will determine the fate of our world.
“Nas ne dogoniat,” she says and I can sense her gaze piercing through me.
Her words make a feeling of a sudden surge of anger build up inside me. The intensity of her stare is almost unbearable, but I refuse to break eye contact. I let out a fierce roar, repeating her words in a battle cry before charging towards her with all my might.
“Nas ne dogoniat!”
The weight of our actions has fallen heavily upon me, and I fear that I may be the one to bear the consequences. Though I hold out hope that I can make things right and save those I care about, the possibility lingers that it may already be too late to undo the damage we’ve caused.

well we are in Jan. of 2023 now are you going to finish putting the book up? I can't stand to not know the ending it's killing me.
