"I absolutely loved this book, I read it in one sitting, I couldn't put it down. There's not a boring scene in the book, everything has more than one meaning and the setting is not only magical but brilliantly illuminated by the author in all it's rain drenched glory. The characters are fully rounded, believable personalities that make you want to meet them or avoid at all costs! I do hope to read more adventures by Marcus Moore and his friends. "

"This beginning of the story is very dynamic, it gets you “in the middle of things” at once, hinting at danger and making you feel it. I loved it when Lucy and Marcus went to see Richie and how the visit was written in a playful manner. In fact, the whole story was written like that. It has a great flow and reading it was very enjoyable and amusing. I also enjoyed the story about how Lucy and Marcus met and the whole “invisibility potion” idea. The story is thrilling and I was on pins and needles while reading it. The technical level of the story is commendable. Your style of writing is great, it kept me in suspense and I was able to imagine every single scene and situation, even though there are these fantastic elements. I loved it!"
