Not done justice
"I just read a couple Gladiator books and a few books about battle. I just felt like in comparison that this book didn't do justice for a gladiator book. The fight scenes weren't that detailed and it just feels like there are better stories out there that can protray a better scene. Now don't get me wrong. The story grammar wise is perfect. Unlike those other stories there was at least one flaw. But this book didn't have any. But as far as plot and world desighn, just felt short for me. Didn't give off the same brutality or imaginiation as the other books. Like I read the story you can quiz me and everything. But just wasn't the story for me. God don't attack me. I think that over all a three star means a meh book and this was a meh book for me. I think others would enjoy it."

"This is a good start to what might be a pretty good Gladiator-based novel, I think. I would perhaps suggest that you spice up your world-building a bit. It seems to be a bit gray for the moment. Other than that, it seems pretty enjoyable!"
