Chapter 1
"Amber"!! My mom shouted from downstairs , I groaned my face in my pillow. These people won't let me sleep🥴 i mumbled. I quickly got up head to the bathroom to freshen up and got dress then went down stairs.
“Good morning mom”, my mom was a slim dark skin lady with brown eyes with nice curly hair that anyone would die for even me.
"Morning sweetie" she answered and said "how is my favorite child doing this morning?" I am doing fine mom just a bit tired I said as I was up all night studying for my final exam in a week and yes everyone I am a college student, I am in my final year in which by the next two months I will be getting my Bachelors in business which my parents forced me to do because they want me to take over the family business when they stepped down because I am the only child they have left.
My Twin brother died in an drowning accident when we were twelve and from that day they have been overprotected of me.
"How are my two beautiful ladies? "Dad said walking in kitchen all dressed up to go to the office, my dad Patrick was a slim dark build guy with big muscle because he worked out a lot ,he also has these pretty brown eyes that I got from him most people always say I look exactly like my dad I only had my mother's nose.
"We both said we are fine " we replied at the same time with a smile😊.
"Amber we will be attending a party later and I want you to come because I have someone I want you to meet."
I suddenly got up off the chair and grabbed an apple and shouted "bye guys i love you" before I head for the door ,my dad knew I hated going to business party with them but for now they would just have to wait till later to get my reply.
