Prologue
Sophie is a young and somewhat introvert girl who is very uncomfortable in breaking her shell of a cover. Unlike other girls of her age, doing party and enjoying with friends in college, she loves to be embraced in her own world of books. She loves to write and read a lot. In her childhood, she lost her parents. She was brought up by her grandparents. Unfortunately they too left her 2 years ago when she turned 21. She was not alone though... She loves her library, she loves to be with those books, even when she was a kid, she ought to play outside rather she likes to arrange books in shelves. It's like those books are calling for her. It's like her heart is soothed by parental love when she is with those books.
After graduation she decided to take care of her ancestral library which is attached to her house. Her grandparents too were pleased in her decision as for some reason they didn't allowed her to go out long. Maybe they are afraid of her security, she too have no complaints on that. When she turned 21, it was a bad memory to her, both her grandparents left her suddenly. She know they are aged and cannot be with her always even though it felt like losing her limbs. She cried a lot. That was the last time she cried. She is not a type of girl who shows her emotions. She neither laughs nor cries. But her grandparents' death literally take toll on her. No matter what....... She will live upto their expectations. That was her promise to them.
They wanted only one thing from her on their death bed and that was she have to make 2 promises. She accepted it without any second thoughts. First one was that she has to live properly eat her meals and has to lead a good life. Second one, there is a closed room in the library, she was not allowed to enter there till then. She thought there might have some family secrets and other stuffs, she was not interested in things like that so she too doesn't ask them what is in it. They want her to promise them no matter what she doesn't enter that room. It doesn't make any sense though she promised. Even she is not interested so it's not a difficult task.
Everything was perfect until that day........
