It was finally the day I turn twenty and boy was I happy. My friends, Anna tasia, angle and Jane had been planning this day for as long as I could remember. Technically am not big on birthdays but I couldn't help with excited for this one as crazy as it may sound I felt something in my life was going to change...just wasn't sure weather the change was bad or good
*Beep*
*Beep*
I groan I'm frustration at the sound of my phone and debating on whether to check on it or not. After a few agonizing beeps I finally give in and check my phone
"Ahh " I sigh seeing exactly who the text was from
Anna tasia " you better be up it's your big day today"
Angel" what big day"
Jane " really angel are you being for real right now"
I smile imaging the frustrated look on Jane right now quickly I reply to there message
Alexis" Jane chill... And angle its my birthday today"
Jane" she's supposed to know that that's why she's your best friend"
I roll my eyes at at Jane said. I understand her though don't get me wrong but angle can be quite annoying at times when she's forgetting all impossible events your life but being me I got used to her. I quickly text the girls with a smile on my face while laying on my bed.
Alexis" what's for the day😃"
Jane " live that to us lil missy all you have to do is just get dressed"
Angel" Lexi"
Angel" I didn't mean to forget your birthday you know"
I softly laugh at angle's text and tell her it's no problem and that I still love her
Anna tasia" right so Lexi what time do you get off from work"
Alexis" 5 o'clock"
Jane " perfect!! You just live the rest to us and we'll pick you up now chop chop you ain't got all done"
I smile widely knowing for sure that today was going to be the best day. Quickly I roll out of bed and head to the bathroom where i refresh myself and get ready for work.i wear my smile black boyfriend's jeans with a white tank top and head for the kitchen.. opening the fridge I remember that there's literally no food in it
Not to self stop by the supermarket and buy food. I just grab an apple and head for work perfectly satisfied that I shall surely be hungry in less than a minute.
