The “Last Christmas” from George Michael is on air and all are dressed like occasion needs. Is the Christmas Party of GRIN Empire. Amber the wife of David Green the CEO of the GRIN Empire, wears a black dress that covers her top but is sleeveless in mermaid style. Her amber eyes combined with her brown long hair that is caught up to show her snowflake earrings and simple make-up show her the most beautiful woman of the evening. She meets those people only once a year, not including Elia and his wife Lorde that are neighbors. Elia works with David as a CO-CEO, Lorde is a teacher in the school when the twins of Amber and David study with their kids too.
Amber is looking toward David that has his eyes on another woman. Flirting openly without shame. Lorde gives some pep talk to Amber about kids and their future. Amber just smile politely.
“Stranger in the Night” by Frank Sinatra plays and suddenly David lets his flirting and takes Amber’s hands.“Is our music, Love!” he said and she accepted.
In sway moves, he smiles at everyone, and she does too.“You are beautiful!” he said and a tear escaped from her eyes he missed seeing as he did with all the tears she had dropped for him.
Under the mistletoe, he kissed her and she did back. A big applauding accompanies them.
After the party, they took the car with a driver in to turn home. Both were too silent. She remembers that just a year ago they couldn’t stay away from each other now they are two strangers in a car.
