Today I'm officially a 8th grader.
I am finally done dealing with all that 7th grade bullshit. Especially Mr. Lincoln's class! He is the worst teacher ever and thank goodness to our school bully, Kaiya who always steals the study book before class.
Mr. Lincoln is type of the teacher who copies stuff of the textbook, so he can't teach without it. Instead, we watch a movie! Either Jaws or Jurassic park... every single day. He tells us that it is social related.
But hey, who am I to complain? At least he gives us all an A+ keeping aside the fact that we only had 2 actual study days in the entire year.
I've heard that 8th grade is wayyy harder, way stricter, way stupider, and way boring.
But I'm all ready even though I didn't get any sleep last night thinking about school constantly without a single blink. I woke up super early, got dressed, ate my cereal, brushed my teeth and stuffed everything into my bag before I head out.
I'm going to school by myself at 7:15 am even though school starts at 8. Of course I'm not driving, I would have to wait another 5 years for that. Instead, I'm walking.
Simply walking as my school is my neighbor. Well yes, I live right beside the school and its around 15ft away from my house.
One thing I've figured out is to come home during my lunch break and eat at home and maybe even watch tv and do all the possible things I can do because at school, there are rules.
Almost a nonsense-million rules to follow but nobody does.... only in science class, the teacher is super chill. Its been an year and I still don't know how to pronounce his name due to my english skills. My english teacher sucks, he is sooo strict and useless. Finally my classes have changed this year!
Plus, I forgot to tell you! My name is Sophia but nobody calls me that cause I have plenty of nicknames.
Currently I'm waiting in the library for class to start which won't be happening for another 30 minutes but of course, I can go back home but my 4 year old sister should be awake right now and buzzing my mother's ears soo no. She is pretty annoying and this library has a lot of my favorite books, Twilight, The Selection, Redeeming and more but I'm just so lazy to read it.
I don't know why but in my opinion, eBooks are a lot better than paper books.
Which reminds me, the school issues us computers only used for school purpose as a lot of websites are restricted. I open mine up and log into my Inkitt account and go to my reading list.
"Which fucking book shall I read next?" I murmur so that only I can hear.
That's when I spotted an attractive book, Double Treat by Leah. I open it up and start reading making sure nobody can see. I know, I know, it is an erotic book but I love those kinds. I may be pretty and sweet on the outside but oh boy, ever since I turned 13, I sort of had those desires and fell in love with these books.
I'm not letting anyone see it... its super... secret that is why my username is also very stupid and not even related to me...
Before I could finish reading the first chapter, the bell rang which is my reminder to close. Yeah, I'm a slow reader. I'm bad at english due to the teacher but I have an A+ cause I convinced him with my acting skills and chocolate. He would do anything for chocolate, just like me, a pure chocolate lover!
