"Fantastic. I often love retellings of biblical stories in a fantasy way, especially those that emphasize strong female characters. One of my favorite books is actually the "Book of Heaven" which reminds me quite a bit of all those attributes, and this was just as interesting, well written, and since that book is composed of short stories I did enjoy a much longer, more in depth and detailed story, replete with old historical figures I've often studied. I also have to admit I enjoyed the erotic aspects of it as well. I'd be incredibly surprised if the author doesn't or has not or ever will write professionally. Absolutely recommend. "
Intriguing
"I was sucked in from the beginning and could not put it down. The sample verses at the beginning gave you just enough of a hint of what was to come. The story moving from past and present was cool and trying to figure out what character is what from the Bible was intriguing. I enjoyed the way the writer intertwined the stories and giving it some what of a reboot. I would definitely read this writer again."
